Do I get root access with your VPS hosting?

No, our VPS packages are platform-configured and optimised for stability. Root access is not provided on standard plans, as we manage the underlying system to maintain performance and security. Fully managed custom solutions can be discussed if deeper control is required. You do have the ability to SSH at the user level.

What control panel is included with your VPS?

All VPS packages include the Enhance control panel. Enhance provides powerful website container management, WordPress tools, staging environments, database management, DNS controls, email configuration, and developer tools such as SSH access and Git integration.

Yes, automated daily backups are included and retained for 7 days. This provides peace of mind and rapid recovery options in the event of accidental changes or data loss.
