Yes! We’ll naturally need to look at the distance/time/value associated but we love visiting our potential and existing customers.
Where are your servers located?
Customer data is located on owned hardware in private racks in only UK data centres. The control panel and
nameservers are located in London, San Francisco and Bangalore with specially selected public cloud providers.
Does location matter?
There used to be some benefit in locating your web hosting geographically near to your users. With lower latency connectivity, decentralisation of internet services and globalisation generally, this is much less important now. We recommend hosting your website in the same country as your customers, this gives a greater chance of a good user experience and often simplifies data protection.
