What is a domain name?
A domain name is a unique, easy-to-remember address used to access
websites. It is typically registered and renewed yearly, separate from the web hosting service.
What are hosted domains?
A hosted domain is where a hosting service is configured so it will serve the website content when people visit the domain name or accept emails sent to the domain. A hosted domain could be
www.domain.ext or
application.domain.ext.
Is there a limit (Max) on hosted domains?
For performance and security having 1 hosted domain per 1
container is HIGHLY recommended, though this is only currently enforced on our lowest package.
How many hosted domains per container?
It is HIGHLY recommended you only hosted one domain name per
container/website, this will deliver you the best
