Migration Assistance
Transferring from another hosting provider has never been easier with the introduction of our Migration Assistance service.
We have two levels of assistance available, designed to make the process of moving your websites as seamless as possible.
- Free Migration Assistance: For those that have a simple website and don’t need an urgent migration. We’ll transfer you across absolutely free of charge.
- Professional Migration Assistance: Provides an all inclusive service and considers all factors of your move. We will schedule in the migration at a time convenient to you and handle the transfer and any reconfiguration for you.
New Hosting Features
Once again our cp.purely.website hosting control panel has been updated with some new and exciting features.- Server Disaster Recovery allows us to mark a server as failed or offline and quickly restores all customer websites to a secondary server.
- Ioncube can now be toggle on/off on a per website basis, removing the need to manually upload the ioncube loader to your website.
- Lets Encrypt management now allows you to manually issue a new Lets Encrypt SSL certificate as well as view the status of your existing SSL.
