How to cancel a product or service

This guide is for cancelling addon services or product. If you need to cancel a domain name you simply need to disable auto renew.

To cancel a product or service, please follow the below guide,

1. Login to your purely.website account.
2. Using the top menu, click Services.
3. Click on the service you wish to cancel.
4. Using the left side menu, click Request Cancellation.
5. Enter your reason for the cancellation.
6. Choose if you wish to cancel the service immediately or at the end of the billing period.
7. Click Request Cancellation.

SSL products will be cancelled when the SSL certificate expires, unless we are expressly told otherwise in the reason for cancellation.
