We have recently encountered a bug where some users can’t see their database when logging in via SSO to PhpMyAdmin, we have a simple fix for this as outlined below. This does involve deleting a MySQL database users, so make sure it is the one ending in _phpma.
- Login to your cp.purely.website account.
- Click on the website you wish to fix the database login for.
- Using the top menu, click Databases, then click the Users tab.
- Find and click on the user ending in _phpma.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the delete button.
- Click back on one of your databases, then click the PhpMyAdmin button, this will re-create the user ending in _phpma and allow you to login to view them within PhpMyAdmin correctly.
