An MX record (Mail Exchange Record) is a DNS record that specifies the mail server responsible for receiving emails for your domain. It directs incoming mail to the correct server, ensuring your emails are delivered properly.
If you are using an external email provider then you will need to disable the included email service.
- Login to your cp.purely.website account.
- Click websites, click the domain you wish to work on.
- Click Domains, again click on the domain you want to manage the email on, click Mail routing settings, then toggle to Remote mail.
