ModSecurity is a web application firewall (WAF) designed to detect and block potential threats by filtering HTTP traffic. You may need to disable this if it is blocking valid requests or interfering with the functionality of certain applications or plugins.
- Login to your cp.purely.website account.
- Using the left menu, click Websites, then click on the website you would like to disable ModSecurity on.
- Using the top menu, click Security, scroll to the ModSecurity heading and toggle it off/on.
