If you no longer require a mailbox, you can permanently remove it from your hosting control panel by following these steps:
- Log in to https://cp.purely.website using your account credentials.
- Under Websites, click the domain name.
- Click the Emails tab in the top menu.

Locate the mailbox you want to delete and click the three dots on the right hand side.
- Select Permanently delete and confirm when prompted.
NOTE : Removing a mailbox will permanently delete all emails stored within it. Ensure you back up any important messages before proceeding.
