Upgrading your hosting account is a simple process and can be done at any time through your client area.
Upgrading your account
To upgrade your account follow these steps:
- Login to your client area at https://my.purely.website/clientarea.php.
- Under the Your Active Products/Services section, click the package you wish to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade in the left sidebar.
- Click Choose Product next to the package you’d like to upgrade to.
- You will then be shown the amount due and can choose a payment method.
- Click Continue.
- Depending on the payment method you choose you may be presented with a pro-rated invoice. As soon as payment is processed your account will be instantly upgraded.
Downgrading your account
Automated downgrades are not currently supported. If you would like to downgrade your account please contact support for assistance.
