Global domain names
1. Log in to your Purely.Domains account.
2. Go to the Domain Transfer section.
3. Enter the domain name you wish to transfer, as well as your EPP code. Click ‘Add to Cart’ once you have done so.
5. If you need to enter any custom nameservers, you can do so here. Then click ‘Continue’ once you are happy with them.
You can now enter the registration details if required and your payment details if they’re not on file. Agree to the terms and click ‘Checkout‘ once you’re happy to proceed.
Global domain transfers can take up to a week to complete.
Depending on the losing registrar, you may also receive an email to the admin contact on the domain. If you wish to cancel the transfer, click the link to stop the transfer process.
.uk domains
1. Log in to your Purely.Domains account.
2. Go to the Domain Transfer section.
3. Enter the domain you wish to transfer, making sure to leave the EPP Code/Auth Code field empty.
4. If you need to enter any custom nameservers, you can do so here. Then click ‘Continue‘.
5. You can now enter the new registration details if required and your payment details if they’re not on file. Agree to the terms and click ‘Checkout‘ once you’re happy to proceed.
You now need to contact your current domain registrar and ask them to change the IPS tag on the domain to ‘PIPETEN’ in order for the transfer to complete.
