If you find you’re running out of mailbox space, you can increase it using this guide.
- Login to the control panel.
- Click on the website you wish to increase the mailbox quota for.
- Using the top menu, click Emails, click on the mailbox.
- Under the heading Mailbox size, click the pencil icon.
- Enter your new quota, select the unit you wish to use (MB,GB etc), click Save.
Thats it, your new mailbox quota has now been applied. Please note that increasing the mailbox quota will add to your overall account quota.
