The sized email that can be sent is 15 MB; Files any bigger than this should be sent using a different means such as FTP and sub-FTP accounts.
It should be noted that while the largest size email that can be sent is 15 MB’s, this does not imply that the attachment can be 15MB. Email encoding and headers add varying amount of overhead dependant on the files and content of your email. As such the average attachment size that we can generally guarantee that can be sent is 12 MB.
